They must enjoy putting order to chaos in a high-energy work environment. Must be adaptable, have strong deductive reasoning, and have the ability to work on their own as well as operate within a team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li data-renderer-start-pos="448">Lead design efforts on key projects and initiatives and be a strategic problem solver, conceptualizing non-obvious improvements that keep moving Branch forward</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="611">Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, understanding when deeper exploration is warranted and when it is best to change paths and try another approach</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="776">Translate complex ideas into elegant, scalable, and intuitive design solutions</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="858">Take into account existing insights, technical constraints, user and business needs, and specific platform demands to produce data-informed solutions</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1011">Execute at every stage of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery, balancing innovation with usability</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1124">Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1277">Be autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work and total responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way, from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity final UI</li></ul>Qualifications (required):<ul><li data-renderer-start-pos="1488">At least 2+ years of experience designing interfaces, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web and mobile design skills</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1614">Strong understanding of mobile and web design best practices, plus solid visual design chops</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1710">Usability mindset that doesn't shy away from complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1813">Strong communication skills while working closely with partners across the company</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1899">Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="1958">Experience working in Figma and other industry-standard design/prototyping tools</li><li data-renderer-start-pos="2042">Have an online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us.
