Accountabilities:

The Product and Channel Marketing Analyst will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that accelerate product adoption and strengthen channel engagement. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and technology-focused marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
  • Partner with product teams to create positioning, messaging, value propositions, competitive analysis, and promotional strategies.
  • Build launch materials including presentations, sales enablement resources, product guides, digital content, distributor toolkits, and messaging documents.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives involving sales, product management, engineering, technical teams, agencies, and other partners.
  • Lead project planning activities by managing timelines, dependencies, responsibilities, and execution milestones.
  • Support channel marketing programs including distributor promotions, training initiatives, content syndication, events, and joint marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead follow-up processes, monitor campaign performance, and support pipeline development.
  • Manage assigned marketing budgets and track spending to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Analyze campaign and launch performance using metrics such as engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimize future marketing initiatives.
  • Support additional application-focused campaigns and strategic marketing projects as needed.
  • Travel approximately 10% to support business activities and events.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a marketing professional with experience in product, channel, or B2B marketing who can combine strategic planning with strong execution skills. This person should be comfortable communicating technical concepts, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, including product marketing, channel marketing, distribution marketing, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience developing and executing product launches, integrated campaigns, go-to-market plans, or partner marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, customer-focused marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present business strategies and technical concepts effectively.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or analytics tools is preferred.
  • Experience in sensor technologies, industrial technology, electronics, automotive, medical, or aerospace markets is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate across North American and European time zones.
  • Strong ownership, initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through collaboration and manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Interest in technology-driven products and innovation.
  • Native or expert-level English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
