This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Analyst in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product, customer success, and enablement, focusing on ensuring that internal teams and customers can fully understand and adopt new product capabilities. You will help translate complex product features into clear, actionable resources that support training, onboarding, and ongoing user success. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with product managers, marketing, and customer success teams to align messaging and drive consistent product understanding. The position plays a key role in building knowledge systems, supporting enablement initiatives, and improving how product information is shared across the organization. You will also contribute to customer-facing learning experiences such as webinars and workshops. This is a highly cross-functional role where communication, structure, and product curiosity directly impact adoption and user success.


Accountabilities:
  • Support the development and delivery of product enablement programs for internal teams and external stakeholders using tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Create and maintain training materials, user guides, onboarding documentation, and product release content
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned product communication
  • Assist in facilitating workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve product adoption and understanding
  • Build and maintain SharePoint-based knowledge repositories for internal use and customer support enablement
  • Triage and manage product-related inquiries through Jira, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
  • Support cross-functional communication to ensure product updates are clearly understood and effectively distributed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex product concepts clearly
  • Experience in product support, enablement, customer success, or similar cross-functional roles
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create structured documentation such as training guides, knowledge articles, and onboarding materials
  • Comfortable working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and SharePoint
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across product, marketing, and technical teams
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for learning, teaching, and improving product understanding
  • Ability to translate technical or complex information into user-friendly content
