Accountabilities:

As a Producer Support Representative, you will provide frontline assistance to producers while ensuring inquiries are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally. You will support registration and compliance processes, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent customer experience.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for producer inquiries related to registration, compliance processes, and general support needs.
  • Resolve customer issues across multiple communication channels, including email, phone, and chat, while escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Guide producers through registration procedures and provide clear information regarding compliance requirements and available resources.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate producer information and case records within CRM systems.
  • Track, categorize, and document inquiries to support reporting, analysis, and process improvements.
  • Maintain case logs, provide status updates, and identify documentation gaps or opportunities to improve self-service resources.
  • Encourage the use of FAQs, guides, and knowledge resources to help users resolve common questions independently.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for registration, reporting, and payment processes while supporting other team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows, share best practices, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Mentor and support other representatives by providing guidance and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor performance metrics, collect customer feedback, and share insights to improve overall support operations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable troubleshooting issues, working with CRM tools, and collaborating with teams to deliver effective solutions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or equivalent customer service experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, help desk support, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in customer service leadership, mentoring, or team support is a plus.
  • Experience with compliance, regulatory environments, or CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical and efficient solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing records, inquiries, and documentation.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, email tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team environment.
