This role provides the opportunity to lead high-impact influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, delivering measurable results for a variety of clients. You will be instrumental in managing all aspects of production, influencer casting, and client engagement, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on budget, and on schedule. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker who thrives in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client and influencer relationships. Your contributions will directly influence campaign success and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and project deliverables from kickoff to wrap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives are met and production standards maintained.
  • Manage influencer casting, leveraging tools and historical performance data to select and engage the right talent.
  • Coordinate outreach, recruitment, and relationship management for influencer communities and agents.
  • Oversee scaled seeding programs, including product fulfillment, content tracking, and community management.
  • Serve as a key client point of contact, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and representing production perspectives in meetings.
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver strategic solutions to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of client-facing production or influencer marketing experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand client and influencer needs and translate them into impactful content strategies.
  • Adaptable and proactive, capable of thriving in a dynamic and evolving marketing environment.
  • East Coast-based candidates preferred.
  • Positive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
