Your strengths are a mix of hard project management and soft people skills that you use to get large teams to adhere to a vision, within scope and schedule constraints while helping to retain work/life balance and our company values.  Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Update and manage the plans, schedules and related task tracking database across key features, departments and/or milestone deliverables.  </li><li>Work collaboratively with production and development department leadership to drive decision making that achieves both the project goals and company values. </li><li>Monitor the team and project health and communicate risks to leadership. </li><li>Connect departments and eliminate roadblocks to ensure the team is flowing efficiently through their work.  </li><li>Solicit needs from departments and align them to set project requirements. Take those requirements and turn them into project plans. Work with the team to execute those plans. </li><li>Assemble productivity data from the production tracking system and use that data create production reports that steer the production forward. </li><li>Drive team towards clarity when ambiguity exists on a new deliverable type or department innovation. </li><li>Suggest improvements to the production process and assist in seeing them through. </li></ul>Requirements & Skills:  <ul><li>Project Management or Business Administration skills or experience. </li><li>Experience with Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid or other industry-standard tasking software.  </li><li>Flexible and agile, able to adapt during a project to emerging requirements. Able to potentially finish one department deliverable then switch to a different department deliverable after, if required.  </li><li>Data analytics background or capability preferred. </li><li>Adaptive skills, knowing when to use formal or informal tactics and strategy to achieve project success.  </li><li>Experience or familiarity with managing budgets and/or staff resource plans.<span data-ccp-charstyle="eop" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"920dbcde-2834-5e15-a5fa-062170b236ba|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"1",201342449,"1",469777841,"Calibri",469777842,"",469777843,"Calibri",469777844,"Calibri",201341986,"1",469769226,"Calibri",268442635,"22",469775450,"eop",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"eop",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">  </li></ul>Qualifications:  <ul><li>At least 4 years of experience as an Associate Producer or Project Manager working across multiple departments or equivalent experience. </li><li>Strong time managerial skills in a technically sophisticated and fast-paced work environment.  </li><li>Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence. </li><li>High attention to detail </li></ul>This is a temporary “Project Hire” position. The anticipated duration of this assignment will vary. TNM Project Hire employees will be eligible to participate in a number of TNM benefit plans such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and flexible PTO. TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role's base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share.
