Come join our team and help us create secure cloud environments that allow the best companies to move faster. </div>SUMMARYReporting to the Head of Global Procurement, the Procurement Specialist will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on enabling Wiz and its teams to do their best work by managing purchase requests and orders and working closely with external and internal stakeholders. We are currently focused on candidates located on the East Coast.Location We are focused on candidates located in Eastern time zone.WHAT YOU’LL DO<ul><li>Global indirect purchasing focal point: manage Purchase Orders end to end</li><li>Reduce company costs & improve terms.</li><li>Handle negotiations and contracts end to end, working with all relevant stakeholders (Legal, Finance, etc)</li><li>Work with all the relevant stakeholders (Business owner, Legal, Finance, Security, etc.)</li><li>Provide excellent service to the relevant departments.</li><li>Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.</li></ul>WHAT YOU’LL BRING<ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in indirect procurement</li><li>Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain principles.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., Zip)</li><li>Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations is a plus.</li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Benefits Wiz offers a competitive package of benefits and programs to support you and your family.
