Saviynt Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement efforts.

The Procurement Manager will play a crucial role in managing our supply chain processes, ensuring that materials,

services, and products are acquired at the best possible cost while maintaining quality standards and adhering to

company policies. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments, including Finance, Operations,

and IT, to optimize procurement strategies and contribute to the company’s growth and efficiency.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Vendor Management: Develop, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable outcomes for Saviynt.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify new sources for products and services to ensure cost savings and risk management. Continuously assess market trends and supplier performance to recommend adjustments in sourcing strategies.
  • Procurement Process: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisition approvals, purchase orders, supplier selection, and contract management.
  • Policy enforcement: Update and maintain our Procure-to-Pay policy. Educate all teams across our organization on our Procurement Process and use of the platform.
  • Enforce our policy to ensure cost controls.
  • Budget Management: Work closely with Finance to develop and manage procurement budgets.
  • Track expenditures and savings initiatives to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Work with other departments to develop projections for vendor and software renewals.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
  • Systems and Software: Manage procurement software, associated implementations and API connections
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives.


WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as CPM or CPSM) is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with contract management software and vendor evaluation tools is an advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization and cost savings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performance teams.
  • Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness, particularly in contract management and compliance documentation.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


$120,000 - $130,000 a year

If required for this role, you will:

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
