In this role, you will lead the creative strategy and production of world-class video advertising campaigns that inspire, engage, and drive measurable results. You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on creative execution, personally shaping the vision, design, and delivery of performance-driven video content across platforms. Working with a talented multidisciplinary team, you will elevate storytelling through innovation, AI tools, and data-driven insights. Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive creative vision for video advertising campaigns that balance performance and brand integrity.
- Lead end-to-end production of high-impact video ads, including concepting, scripting, filming, editing, color grading, and delivery.
- Partner with performance marketing teams to design platform-specific strategies and ensure campaigns meet conversion and engagement goals.
- Direct on-set production activities — including lighting, camera operation, and talent direction — to ensure creative alignment and technical quality.
- Integrate AI tools throughout the production process to optimize ideation, editing, and dynamic creative personalization.
- Build scalable systems for high-volume video ad production using modular, templatized approaches.
- Implement creative testing frameworks, analyze campaign performance data, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Mentor and inspire creative team members, fostering experimentation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and champion new technologies, workflows, and storytelling formats.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of professional experience in video production, with at least 5 years focused on performance marketing and advertising.
- Proven expertise in creating high-converting video ads and executing full campaign lifecycles from concept to delivery.
- Deep understanding of multi-platform video advertising ecosystems, including YouTube, social media, programmatic, and CTV/OTT.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, with the ability to perform complex edits independently.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered video tools for generation, automation, and personalization.
- Strong ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making, analyzing metrics such as CTR, view rates, and conversions.
- Skilled across all stages of production — concepting, storyboarding, directing, shooting, editing, sound, and color correction.
- Experience leading creative reviews, guiding teams toward excellence, and articulating design choices to stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing campaigns and measurable results.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B marketing environments is a plus.
