·         Strong background in high-throughput, cloud-native, distributed systems operating at scale.

·         Proven expertise in performance profiling, observability, and telemetry-driven optimization.

·         Experience contributing to enterprise environments requiring reliability, scalability, and secure architectures.

·         Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

·         Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring senior engineers and elevating engineering culture.

·         Preferred: experience with AKS, Azure management services, and large-scale Go-based systems.

Benefits

·         Competitive base salary range: USD 145,600 – 386,400 per year.

·         Eligibility for annual bonus and stock compensation depending on impact and role.

·         Remote-first flexibility within the United States.

·         Comprehensive healthcare coverage and wellness programs.

·         Learning and development opportunities to support continuous growth.

·         Collaborative, inclusive culture grounded in innovation and engineering excellence.

·         Additional incentives may apply based on revenue or utilization for eligible roles.
