About the Role:

The Office of the CIO at CrowdStrike is leading a transformative journey from a delivery-centric to a product-centric IT organization. We're seeking an exceptional Product Operations Leader to drive operational excellence and service delivery across our global IT organization. This strategic role will orchestrate the evolution of our IT operating model within our federated structure, ensuring exceptional customer experience while implementing lean methodologies to optimize service delivery frameworks.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the transformation of IT operating model using lean methodologies

  • Partner across federated IT teams to drive product-centric transformation

  • Establish and maintain strategic customer relationships across business units

  • Orchestrate intake and prioritization of enterprise-wide IT initiatives

  • Develop and implement IT service management frameworks

  • Drive continuous improvement through value stream mapping and lean principles

  • Guide the organizational shift from project to product mindset

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in IT organization

  • Expert-level proficiency in IT service management

  • Strong business acumen and operational excellence expertise

  • Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication

  • Track record of leading lean transformations

  • Deep understanding of IT operating models and lean practices

Bonus Points:

  • ITIL or Lean Six Sigma certification

  • Experience in technology product operations

  • Demonstrated success in IT transformation initiatives

  • Strong background in customer relationship management

  • Track record of successful product-centric transformations

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $210,000 - $300,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
