# Principal Product Marketing

## The Role

We're seeking an experienced individual contributor to develop and drive our product marketing and go-to-market strategy. This role combines technical depth with business acumen to reach enterprise decision-makers and technical buyers. While focused on enterprise sales, you'll bring a product-led growth mindset to our marketing approach. Reporting to the COO, you'll shape our market positioning and build our marketing capabilities through hands-on leadership.

## Key Responsibilities

- Drive enterprise-focused GTM strategy while incorporating PLG techniques to reach developers and technical decision makers

- Guide content and developer evangelism to build credibility within enterprise organizations

- Own product positioning and messaging strategy in the emerging Agentic AI and Digital Worker landscape

- Create compelling technical and business content that demonstrates how our platform's unique chain of work enables accountable AI agents

- Drive thought leadership across technical and enterprise audiences

- Lead content development and strategy, including technical documentation and business case studies

- Guide and mentor marketing team members while maintaining strong individual contribution

- Collaborate with sales on enablement materials and enterprise customer acquisition

- Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing resources

## Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on product marketing experience in enterprise B2B software

- Strong track record marketing to US enterprises and technical audiences

- Experience marketing developer platforms or technical products

- Deep understanding of AI Agents and enterprise automation market landscape

- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value

- Business proficiency in English; additional European languages a plus

- Experience working in fast-paced, founder-led environments

## Desired Qualities

- Self-starter with strong individual contributor mindset

- Fast learner who actively uses AI tools to enhance marketing capabilities

- Experience building personal brand and thought leadership on X and LinkedIn

- Understanding of Gen Z social media dynamics, particularly video shorts content strategies

- Strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution

- Technical aptitude to understand and articulate complex concepts

- Experience with product-led and community-driven growth

- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change

- Preference for flat organizations and direct impact over management layers
