This role is responsible for shaping and executing the multi-year strategy for a high-scale e-commerce platform, focusing on cart, checkout, and payments. You will lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and data analysts, driving seamless, high-converting experiences across complex transaction scenarios. The position requires balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution, optimizing payment processing, fraud prevention, and user experience. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence while using data and customer insights to guide product decisions. • Define and own the multi-year roadmap for cart, checkout, and payment experiences, ensuring high-converting, seamless flows
• Serve as the subject matter expert on e-commerce transactions, payment processing, and compliance, guiding executives and technical teams
• Optimize payment methods and introduce new options, including digital wallets and Buy Now Pay Later solutions
• Lead product lifecycle management for complex, mixed-cart scenarios, balancing physical products, registry items, and cash contributions
• Partner with design and research teams to prototype, test, and launch innovative checkout experiences
• Drive key business metrics, including conversion, payment success rates, and user satisfaction, implementing continuous improvements
• Mentor and lead engineers and analysts, promoting data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and customer-focused innovation

• 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on e-commerce, cart, checkout, or payment systems
• Proven track record leading complex, high-impact initiatives in digital commerce
• Expertise in payment systems, fraud prevention, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills with experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring product teams and fostering a culture of experimentation and user-centered design
