Principal Product Manager

Accountabilities:

You will lead product strategy, discovery, and delivery across key initiatives, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technological innovation. You will define product vision and roadmap direction while integrating AI-driven approaches into product development and decision-making.

Define and drive long-term product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs
Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML and emerging technology integration across products and workflows
Lead product discovery efforts, including market research, customer insight analysis, and competitive evaluation
Use generative AI tools and prototyping techniques to accelerate validation and concept exploration
Own and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Define product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications for development teams
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and Agile teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Act as a key stakeholder partner, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution consistency
Support content creation and product communication materials for internal and external audiences

Requirements

You bring strong product management expertise with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to delivery. You combine strategic thinking with technical fluency and a strong understanding of modern product development practices.

3+ years of senior-level product management experience with a track record of delivering impactful products
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience working with generative AI tools and applying them in product discovery or development workflows
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, and user story development
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data/AI teams
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure success
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to mentor teams and influence stakeholders in a collaborative environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with adaptability in fast-changing environments
