About the role

At Artisan, we've raised $XXm to create AI Employees, called Artisans, and software which is sleek, easy to use, and replaces the endless stack of SaaS tools in every vertical. We're starting with outbound sales and our AI BDR, Ava. We'll be launching 3 new Artisans this year, and whoever fills this role will play a pivotal role in leading the shift from traditional SaaS to autonomous agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven sales solutions.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products that meet market needs.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in sales automation.

  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in top startups, preferably with AI-driven products.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
