• Develop and optimize long term pricing and packaging strategies through collaboration with Product Management and other teams.
• Make informed, data-driven recommendations using structured problem-solving frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the existing portfolio by combining insights from market and customer research.
• Explore new pricing models while understanding their implications on the customer base.
• Communicate pricing concepts and work with cross-functional teams to operationalize recommendations.
• Assist Product Operations in prioritizing launches and creating SKUs.

• 8+ years of relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Proficient in identifying and developing solutions to complex strategic and operational problems.
• Ability to thrive in high-growth environments with frequent change.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with expertise in translating data into actionable strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

• Competitive salary range of $166,000 to $248,000.
