This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale global people strategies for high-growth go-to-market teams. As a senior individual contributor, you will act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, performance, and engagement. You will lead workforce planning, compensation design, and strategic people programs across international teams, balancing business priorities with employee experience. Operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will influence key decisions that directly impact revenue growth and retention. You will also champion AI-driven people operations to enhance insights, decision-making, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven HR leader who thrives in dynamic, global SaaS environments.


Accountabilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and role architecture, translating business objectives into scalable people strategies.
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of sales compensation, customer success incentives, and variable pay programs in partnership with Finance and Revenue leaders.
  • Own and deliver high-impact people programs across the GTM employee lifecycle, including onboarding, ramp, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across international teams, navigating regional employment laws, cultural nuances, and local HR practices.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, empathy, and cultural awareness.
  • Champion AI-powered HR tools and analytics to enhance workforce insights, predictive modeling, and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across global people initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, with deep expertise supporting GTM teams in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven ownership of sales and customer success compensation strategy, including quota design, OTE benchmarking, accelerators, and incentive models.
  • Strong experience designing and evolving GTM organizational structures, including AE, SDR, CSM, and RevOps functions.
  • Demonstrated program and project management excellence, including budget ownership, stakeholder leadership, and structured delivery.
  • International HR experience with strong cultural agility and working knowledge of global employment practices.
  • AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools for workforce analytics, automation, and program optimization.
  • Proficiency with HR analytics, CRM, and compensation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across senior leadership and global teams.
  • Relevant HR certifications and experience in regulated industries are a plus.
