This role is critical to expanding our consulting services working with commercial and Medicare payers nationwide while driving multi-million-dollar annual consulting revenue.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Our ideal candidate has extensive consulting experience with healthcare payers, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and a <strong>proven ability to sell consultative services</strong>. They possess a strong network of C-suite and key decision-makers and have a track record of leveraging consulting services to drive expansion opportunities, manage cross-functional initiatives, and execute successful engagements. Additionally, they demonstrate established thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or industry contributions and have implemented proven strategies to improve MLR, manage risk, enhance RAF scores, elevate STARS ratings, and optimize overall plan performance.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong>:</span></p><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to and execute the consulting division's strategic plans and ensure alignment with the company's overall business strategy.</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000 USD + commission opportunities. Commission is tied to total Payer vertical bookings, offering a generous incentive structure that rewards your contribution to overall growth.
