AutoOps allows customers to smoothly schedule through a shop's website and Google Business Profile.  </div>About the RoleWe're building a world-class engineering team to usher our CRM platform into the next generation of software — and we're looking for a visionary Principal Full Stack Engineer to help lead the charge. This is a high-impact role for someone who doesn't just write great code, but who can see around corners, challenge conventions, and take our product to the next level.In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting and deploying robust, scalable, and secure applications that define the future of the auto repair industry. While our current stack includes .NET, React, and Node.js (TypeScript), specific experience with our stack is not a requirement. We prioritize high-level problem-solving and AI/LLM expertise, and we actively encourage the use of AI tools to assist with and accelerate coding across any language. We don't expect you to do this alone — we encourage the heavy use of AI-assisted coding to accelerate development and bridge any gaps across our stack.</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Adaptive Development: Be ready to pivot at a moment's notice. Based on evolving business needs, you may need to shift focus to work on new or existing integrations to ensure our ecosystem remains seamless.</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Customer-Centric Development: Partner closely with Product to understand user pain points, ensuring every line of code adds tangible value to the auto repair shops we serve.</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">System Design & Scalability: Architect reusable full stack components and services that ensure our platform remains performant as we scale.</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Code Excellence: Champion best practices in security, test automation, and maintainability. You are more interested in the logic and outcomes of AI integration than staying tethered to a specific legacy framework.</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Database Expertise: Proficiency with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases, including schema design and query optimization.</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">The "Owner" Mindset: A track record of taking full accountability for projects and a passion for solving "impossible" problems in fast-paced environments.</li><li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Exceptional Communication: The ability to translate complex technical concepts into product outcomes and collaborate effectively with leadership.
