This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, AI, and strategic decision-making, where you will transform complex business challenges into high-impact, production-ready data science solutions. You will work closely with engineering teams, program leaders, and executives to define problems, design analytical approaches, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence operational and strategic outcomes. Operating in a highly autonomous and innovation-driven environment, you will move fluidly between rapid prototyping and production-grade development. The role requires strong technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights across technical and non-technical audiences. You will also contribute to building scalable AI/ML applications and frameworks that enhance enterprise-wide decision intelligence. This is a high-visibility position where your work will shape critical business and operational decisions.
Accountabilities:- Partner with stakeholders to define business problems, translate them into analytical questions, and design rigorous data science solutions
- Develop statistical models, machine learning systems, and analytical frameworks to generate actionable insights for decision-making
- Build and deploy production-grade data science applications and tools (e.g., dashboards, ML apps, decision-support systems)
- Write scalable, high-quality Python code and develop data pipelines using cloud platforms such as AWS and Databricks
- Conduct deep exploratory and diagnostic analysis, ensuring data quality, validating assumptions, and refining methodologies
- Deliver insights through dashboards, reports, presentations, and direct engagement with business and executive stakeholders
- Own the technical rigor and business impact of analytical outputs, ensuring defensible and reliable recommendations
- Continuously evaluate and adopt advanced analytical techniques to improve solution quality and impact
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or a closely related technical field
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git for production-level development
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and applied analytics techniques
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS and Databricks is highly preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as PySpark, Streamlit, or Dash for building scalable analytics applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and advise both technical and executive stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end analytical projects with measurable business impact
- Knowledge of advanced techniques such as causal inference, forecasting, optimization, or Bayesian methods is a plus
