Montrose’s Advisory and Specialty Services Division supports clients across public and private sectors to meet their unique and complex environmental demands. Our experts take a strategic approach to address broader environmental goals from sustainability program development, data-driven decision-making, data management and validation, software strategy and implementation support, climate change, chemistry quality assurance, and EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, & Security) auditing. We work through our highly specialized practice areas to deliver excellent quality, impactful solutions based on data integrity.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Our Principal Consultant Manager – EHS&S Seller-Doer position, is fully-remote. [Internally facing title: Principal IT Data Management Analyst.] and is within our EHS&S Management Information Solutions team whose mission is to provide quality work, respond quickly and work effectively with supportive teams. This business line focuses solely on the strategy, selection, setup, and support of leading EHS & Sustainability information management systems to help our customers manage compliance, risk, and return value.
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic seller-doers to help our clients with system planning, setup, and support projects. Beyond developing business and guiding customers, you will also be responsible for planning and designing projects with clients and your colleagues who all work remotely. This includes ensuring established frameworks are followed and improved upon. With a project manager, you will be responsible for completing projects according to purpose, plan, schedule, and budget. As you gain familiarity with our services, you will be responsible for bringing in new accounts and helping cross-sell Montrose services with existing accounts.
The job involves applying strong account/client management, project delivery skills with experience in implementing commercial off-the-shelf systems and subject matter expertise in EHS & Sustainability. This includes air emissions, greenhouse gas, sustainability (ESG), permit tracking, incident management, inspections, audits, observations, occupational health, control of work, etc.
This key role will be responsible for performing a full range of activities throughout a project cycle and client account management/thought leadership, including:
