This senior-level role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex client projects and multi-stream programs within a dynamic, global technology services environment. You will act as the key point of coordination between clients, senior stakeholders, and internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution from concept to implementation. The position requires strong leadership across multiple projects, often spanning different geographies, business units, and technologies. You will be responsible for aligning delivery outcomes with client expectations while ensuring governance, budget control, and timeline adherence. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring the ability to manage high-impact initiatives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. It offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-scale transformation programs and contribute directly to long-term client success.
Accountabilities:- Lead and manage multiple concurrent complex projects or programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic outcomes
- Serve as the primary client interface and escalation point, maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Oversee full project lifecycle delivery, from initial scoping and planning through execution and transition to operations
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes across projects and programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through task delegation, resource allocation, and performance oversight
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, proposal development, and client presentations
- Identify growth opportunities and influence client decisions through strategic and consultative engagement
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams and junior project managers when applicable
- Ensure clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders throughout project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Project Management Professional certification (PMP required); ITIL certification is a plus
- Extensive experience in project and/or program management, preferably in a global professional services or technology environment
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and enterprise delivery frameworks
- Proven experience managing complex client engagements and senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage risks, issues, and change effectively
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance financial, operational, and client priorities
- Ability to manage multiple high-pressure initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Experience in client-facing environments with a focus on service delivery excellence
