Mentis AI is recruiting Primary Care Physicians based in the United States to participate in an upcoming AI project scheduled to begin in two weeks.
This is an opportunity for U.S licensed clinicians interested in shaping how AI understands and augments real-world clinical reasoning, patient interactions, and healthcare delivery.
As part of our expert network, you’ll be matched to one of several AI initiatives based on your experience, subspecialty interest, and clinical background. You’ll collaborate with AI researchers to review, label, evaluate, and refine AI systems built to support healthcare professionals and enhance patient outcomes.
This role is fully remote, flexible, and ideal for physicians balancing clinical, academic, or research commitments.
At Mentis AI, we’re building the next generation of clinically grounded artificial intelligence. We work hand-in-hand with physicians to ensure AI is safe, accurate, and aligned with real-world clinical reasoning.
As a clinical expert, you’ll have hands-on exposure to frontier AI model development, partnering with top researchers and medical professionals to contribute your expertise to projects that will directly influence healthcare technology and practice.
Our upcoming project launches in mid-April, with onboarding now open. Selected clinicians will be assigned to a dedicated workstream best suited to their profile and expertise:
Clinical Note & Record Review: Label and summarize clinical documentation to train and validate model understanding.
Model Evaluation: Assess AI-generated medical content and recommendations for clinical accuracy, safety, and reasoning quality.
Prompt Design & Testing: Develop and refine clinical prompts to improve model response quality and reliability.
Error & Feedback Analysis: Identify and document patterns or limitations in model outputs to support fine-tuning and improve model performance.
Each area contributes to ensuring the safety, accuracy, and clinical integrity of the next generation of medical AI systems.
