Pricing Analyst

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping pricing strategies that directly influence revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness. You will work at the intersection of finance, sales, product, and operations, providing data-driven insights that guide complex pricing decisions. Through detailed analysis and modeling, you will help evaluate client fee sensitivity and market dynamics. This position offers strong exposure to strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. Your work will support both short-term pricing approvals and long-term strategic initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pricing professional to make a measurable business impact in a remote setting.

• Analyze client fee sensitivity, market price floors and ceilings, and win-loss trends across segments and products.
• Develop clear, compelling pricing analyses and visualizations using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making.
• Provide strategic pricing recommendations in response to complex pricing exception requests from sales and relationship management teams.
• Design, evaluate, and implement pricing models and strategies aligned with business objectives and competitive dynamics.
• Execute and support process improvements related to pricing approvals, decision rules, and CRM-based workflows.
• Assess the revenue and profitability impact of pricing changes and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Maintain and administer pricing databases and coordinate the implementation of approved pricing proposals across teams.

• At least 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or a closely related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and comfort working in a remote environment.
