This role is tailored for a driven sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences at world-class sporting events. The Premium Sales Executive will focus on selling premium ticketing packages, hospitality suites, and curated experiences for high-profile clients. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to close deals with high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners. Accountabilities

  • Generate revenue by selling premium ticket packages, hospitality suites, and exclusive experiences to corporate clients, key stakeholders, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships through client meetings, presentations, and hospitality tours.
  • Identify and qualify leads via networking, referrals, research, and inbound inquiries, ensuring efficient pipeline management.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and contract negotiations to deal closure.
  • Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after transactions, handling inquiries and feedback professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to refine strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and financial agreements using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with event operations teams to ensure seamless execution of premium experiences.
  • Partner with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and support broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or hospitality sector.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level and VIP clients.
  • Skilled in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support event schedules.
  • Enthusiastic, results-driven mindset with a commitment to outstanding customer experiences.
