What you’ll do:
- Partner with Account Executives and cross functional teams to deliver compelling product demos and technical discovery conversations that highlight our unique value
- Translate complex compensation workflows into clear, value-driven product solutions
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and enhancements
- Support RFP responses and security reviews as needed
- Help define and evolve our pre-sales playbook and best practices as we scale
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales—ideally in B2B SaaS or HR Tech. Domain experience in compensation and the process required to market price and benchmark jobs, preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and buyer dynamics to earn trust and drive action with potential customers
- Ability to quickly learn domain-specific topics like compensation, HRIS integrations, and pay equity
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you can turn complexity into clarity
- Comfortable in a startup environment—scrappy, self-directed, and excited by ambiguity
- A deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for your work
- Have a reputation with cross-functional teams as being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable

- Base salary range for this position: $101,150 - $130,900 (annually based on experience and location)
