The Agency has closed more than $60 billion in real estate transactions since 2011, comprising over 120+ offices in 11 countries and counting.</p><p><strong>Position Summary: </strong>The Public Relations Coordinator reports to the Senior PR Manager and supports a wide variety of public relations initiatives that effectively promote the organization, executive team, East Coast corporate and franchise offices (U.S., Canada, Europe and Caribbean), agents, listings and new development projects to the company’s core audience of clients, prospective clients, agents, prospective agents, developers, vendors, and the community.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Work alongside Senior PR Manager on PR materials, including fact sheets, press releases, op-eds and byline articles for offices, executives and top agents in The Agency’s East Coast and international offices (U.S., Canada, Europe and Caribbean) to strengthen brand presence</li><li>Contribute to the execution of strategic communications plans, aligning messaging with company goals and collaborating with internal teams on PR initiatives</li><li>Assist in preparing PR reports and media coverage summaries using various PR tools and platforms to track campaign progress and outcomes</li><li>Conduct research on upcoming press opportunities and editorial calendars to identify relevant media outlets and ensure timely placement of news</li><li>Maintain and update media lists, journalist contacts, and other PR databases to ensure efficient outreach</li><li>Proactively monitor and track incoming press coverage for the brokerage, senior leadership, agents, and top listings</li><li>Report on upcoming media placements, and provide regular updates to the PR team</li><li>Stay current on local, national, and international media outlets, industry trends, and the latest industry topics to inform media strategies</li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are</strong><strong><em>:</em></strong></p><ul><li>This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of entry-level experience or personal interest in real estate, architecture, and design&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor's degree in English/public relations/communications&nbsp;</li><li>A demonstrated interest in media</li><li>Exceptional customer service and communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple projects and be a team player</li><li>Strong customer service and client management experience</li><li>Exceptional writing, research and organizational skills</li><li>Able to effectively work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment</li><li>Travel as agreed with manager to nearby offices or events, as needed and agreed with manager</li><li>Option to work remotely or hybrid within a local office</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits &amp; Perks:</strong></p><ul><li>Equity</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development budget</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits</li><li>401(k)</li><li>HSAs FSAs</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>Hourly position with a base salary of $60,000-70,000 USD&nbsp;</p><p><em>It is the policy of The Agency not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or because they are a protected veteran.</em></p>
