You will collaborate closely with investment teams, advisors, trading groups, and leadership to ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders. The environment is highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and focused on operational excellence. This is a high-impact opportunity for a professional who thrives in managing complexity, improving processes, and ensuring portfolio integrity at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and execute portfolio transition and implementation plans to migrate client accounts into centralized investment strategies while ensuring compliance with model guidelines and client constraints
  • Evaluate existing portfolios, asset allocations, and investment strategies to determine appropriate transition approaches and execution paths
  • Manage and coordinate account-level administrative changes, data integrity, and trading activities within rebalancing and portfolio management platforms
  • Develop, document, and communicate implementation proposals and transition plans to internal stakeholders and advisor teams
  • Oversee trade execution related to contributions, distributions, and allocation changes while maintaining alignment with investment strategy
  • Collaborate with mergers & acquisitions, investment, advisor, and trading teams to ensure successful integration and transition outcomes
  • Track, maintain, and report key performance and operational metrics to support leadership decision-making
  • Respond to inquiries and act as a key point of contact during complex portfolio transitions

Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in portfolio management, investment operations, or implementation within a wealth management or RIA environment
  • Proven experience managing portfolio transitions, strategy migrations, or large-scale account implementations
  • Strong understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, investment strategies, and risk principles
  • Experience evaluating portfolios against model guidelines and client-specific constraints
  • Proficiency with rebalancing or trading platforms (e.g., Black Diamond, RedBlack, SS&C, or similar systems)
  • Strong ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a strong sense of accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation ranging from $105,000 to $150,000 depending on experience and location
  • Annual discretionary bonus program
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA)
  • Company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage
  • Paid time off (PTO) and/or paid sick leave
  • Voluntary supplemental insurance options
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States
  • Access to professional growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment
  • Employee engagement events and supportive workplace culture focused on development and retention
