You are a Proactive Problem-Solver: When you hit a technical snag or a creative block, you find a solution. You don't wait to be told what to do.
You are Obsessed with Details: You notice the 2-frame jump cut, the slight audio hiss, the misspelled graphic. You believe that excellence is found in the small things.
You can Thrive Under Pressure: You understand that a media brand has firm deadlines. You manage your time effectively and communicate proactively if any issues arise.

Full Lifecycle Video Editing: Own the entire post-production for 1-2 long-form YouTube episodes per week, including multi-cam assembly, story editing, color grading, sound mixing, and adding all creative/graphical elements.
Creative Storytelling: Go beyond just cutting. Identify the most powerful moments, and structure the edit to maximize emotional impact and audience retention.

Sense of Urgency: You move with purpose and speed without sacrificing quality. You don't wait for perfect conditions, you take action, iterate, and improve along the way. When opportunities arise or problems surface, you address them immediately rather than putting them off. Time is precious, and you treat it that way in everything you do.
Come with solutions, not problems: You were placed in your role because we believe you can run it best. Be a leader and use every resource and tool available to you to get things done. Create solutions to problems, instead of asking for constant help.
