PMO Director - Fully remote (US)

As a PMO Director, you will lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple client-facing projects, ensuring excellence in execution, operational performance, and client satisfaction. You will manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, establish standardized delivery methodologies, and maintain full visibility into project health and performance metrics. This role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and hands-on involvement to drive results across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including integration, onboarding, and analytics projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage budgets, mitigate risks, and optimize resources while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers to achieve high performance and career growth.
• Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring consistent application of formal project management methodologies.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and metrics to drive efficiency and quality across the portfolio.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance while mitigating risks and resolving escalations.
• Serve as a senior client-facing escalation point, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Provide full visibility into project health, resource allocation, and operational performance for senior stakeholders.

• 10+ years of project or program management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with EDI, B2B integrations, or technical onboarding projects is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios and ensure consistent execution excellence.
• Strong financial acumen, communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
