This role sits at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and digital transformation, supporting global enterprises in optimizing their Product Lifecycle Management systems. You will work remotely with leading industrial clients to design, implement, and enhance Siemens Teamcenter solutions across complex manufacturing environments. Acting as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, you will guide customers through the full PLM lifecycle—from configuration and deployment to training and production support. This position offers high exposure to end-to-end solution delivery, where your expertise directly improves operational efficiency and product innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while solving complex technical challenges in dynamic enterprise settings. It is an opportunity to work on impactful digital transformation initiatives within Industry 4.0 environments.


Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead and support the delivery of PLM solutions across multiple customer engagements, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of Siemens Teamcenter systems. You will act as a key technical consultant throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Support end-to-end PLM project execution including implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Design and develop Siemens Teamcenter solutions based on customer requirements and manufacturing needs
  • Configure and administer Teamcenter environments, including BMIDE data model and workflow development
  • Manage CAD integrations and support best practices in BOM and change management processes
  • Lead technical discussions with clients, provide status updates, and ensure alignment on project goals
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, system designs, and user guides
  • Identify issues, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of PLM processes

Requirements:

This position requires strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter and a solid understanding of manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter in manufacturing environments
  • Strong expertise in Teamcenter installation, configuration, administration, and BMIDE data modeling
  • Experience with workflow development, BOM management, and change management processes
  • Knowledge of CAD integrations within PLM systems
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in collaborative team environments
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Experience working in remote, project-driven consulting environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% when required
