As we continue to grow, we’re always looking to identify talented individuals to join our team.</div>***Candidates must be based in San Antonio, Texas***As a photographer your mission is to be committed to accurate and comprehensive product information, the photographer will manage the workload and ensure quality and consistency of images and data captured by adhering to Syndigo's photography and measurement guidelines. Exercises independent judgment resulting in accurate and timely resolution of exceptions and is accountable for the final decision about capture of information for products at the client's location.  Completes the accurate capture of all assigned images for population into the Syndigo database. You will have a chance to be able to successfully work at our client’s location and work successfully with clients, internal teams, and manage timelines. Excellent communication is needed to be successful in this role and working independently to meet customers' deadlines. **This role is located at a Syndigo client’s location in San Antonio, Texas.** HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY<ul><li>Take appropriate action to ensure daily delivery schedules are met.  </li><li>Adhere to Syndigo's image capture/remote capture procedures in photography, measurement, and data delivery. </li><li>Work closely with the client to ensure that there is a steady flow of product available for capture.  </li><li>Keep supervisor informed on progress/issues. </li><li>Other duties as assigned.   </li></ul>WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU <ul><li>Photography experience.</li><li>Strong leadership skills positive people skills, approachability, credibility, and teamwork.</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Solid Customer Service ability as you will be the Syndigo spokesperson to client.</li><li>Strong organization and time management skills.</li><li>Self-starter, independent thinking, decision making, and you can work under pressure to meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledgeable using Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li><li>Technical certification/training in any of the following is a plus: photography, media arts, image editing, digital imaging. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.</li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. For full-time U.S. based-employees, we offer competitive health insurance benefits, PTO and volunteer time off, employer-paid short- and long-term disability, parental and adoption leave, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement. </div><div class="title">Budgeted Salary Range is:</div><div class="pay-range">$40,000—$44,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><h2>Diversity, Equity & Inclusion</h2>To achieve the best version of our organization, we know it takes new ideas, new approaches, new perspectives and new ways of thinking.
