This role sits at the intersection of client service, insurance operations, and risk oversight, supporting high-net-worth client households with comprehensive personal insurance management. You will be responsible for ensuring that all insurance policies are accurately maintained, regularly reviewed, and properly aligned with each client’s needs. Acting as a central coordination point, you will work closely with clients, advisors, brokers, and carriers to manage coverage, track renewals, and oversee claims from initiation through resolution. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex insurance portfolios across multiple asset types. You will also play a key role in identifying coverage gaps and supporting proactive risk management strategies. This is a remote-friendly role within a fast-paced, client-focused environment where precision and communication are essential.
Accountabilities:- Manage and maintain a complete view of client insurance portfolios, including property, casualty, liability, umbrella, life, disability, and specialty coverage.
- Monitor policy renewals, track schedules, and ensure all insurance documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate the full claims process, including documentation collection, carrier communication, and resolution tracking.
- Review policy proposals and compare coverage options across carriers, evaluating limits, deductibles, premiums, and terms.
- Identify coverage gaps or outdated protections and recommend adjustments in collaboration with advisors and brokers.
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for insurance-related client requests and communications.
- Liaise with insurance brokers and carriers to obtain quotes, policy updates, and renewal documentation.
- Track premium payments and ensure proper billing oversight across various payment channels.
- Maintain organized insurance records across internal systems and client documentation platforms.
- Support advisors and internal teams with accurate insurance data for client meetings and reviews.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, account management, brokerage support, or insurance operations.
- Experience reviewing insurance policies and making informed coverage recommendations is required.
- Brokerage experience and/or exposure to multi-carrier quote comparison is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate coverage structures and risk exposure.
- Excellent organizational and documentation management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence interacting with clients and carriers.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential financial and insurance information.
