Doyle Electric, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional administrative skills and a high level of professionalism. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing our executives to focus on strategic decisions and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination for executives, ensuring optimal time utilization.
  • Prepare and systematically organize documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and both internal and external stakeholders, upholding clear and concise communication.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, and itineraries, while ensuring compliance with budgetary restrictions.
  • Assist in the preparation of correspondence and communication, both written and verbal, ensuring professionalism in all engagements.
  • Uphold confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Support project management activities, monitor deadlines, and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones as needed.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to enhance office procedures and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field is preferred.
