Cortica is looking for an innovative, results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team! This role is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid and performance-driven digital marketing channels to achieve customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth goals. This role combines analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership to maximize ROI and drive scalable growth across digital platforms Cortica is a rapidly growing healthcare company with 24 locations across 8 states pioneering a unique, multi-specialty approach to treating children with autism.
