In this role, you will support high-impact paid media initiatives across a diverse portfolio of client accounts, contributing directly to campaign performance and growth outcomes. Accountabilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta, and LinkedIn platforms
Manage and refine keyword strategies, audience targeting, and competitive positioning to improve campaign performance
Continuously optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Monitor budgets, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for efficiency and scale
Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
Deliver actionable insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, content, and creative to align paid media with broader marketing initiatives

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
Proven track record of improving campaign performance and driving measurable business outcomes (leads, revenue, ROAS)
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to quickly audit existing campaigns and implement performance improvements
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insights, performance, and recommendations
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced contractor environment
Nice to have: experience in agency settings, B2B/SaaS marketing, or SEO/content integration workflows
