This role sits at the intersection of technology, people operations, and strategic program delivery, focused on shaping and scaling the internal systems that power employee experience. You will act as a trusted advisor and internal consultant, partnering across People, Finance, Engineering, and Corporate Technology teams to design and deliver solutions that improve how employees, managers, and candidates interact with internal systems. Operating in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, you will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and multi-quarter roadmaps. The role combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, and systems thinking, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders.
