  • Support policy education, enforcement, and company-wide trainings (anti-harassment, safety, HRIS usage).
  • Track People & Culture expenses, manage budget reporting, and oversee virtual office operations.
  • Partner with managers and leadership to implement HR initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, including direct payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, FLSA classification, leave administration, and wage & hour compliance.
  • Hands-on experience managing HRIS systems and related reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) and experience with PEO platforms (e.g., TriNet) are a plus.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range: $86,080 - $100,800.
  • Unlimited PTO, summer Fridays, and 6-week paid sabbatical leave after 5 years.
  • Annual bonus potential.
  • 401k plan with employer match.
  • Medical (85% covered), dental, vision, and flexible spending account options.
  • Employer-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage.
