This role is a unique opportunity to help shape and scale the people programs of a fast-growing, remote-first organization built around high performance, craftsmanship, and thoughtful execution. You will play a central role in designing how employees grow, learn, and receive feedback across the company. Working closely with leadership, you will build programs that strengthen manager effectiveness, improve performance systems, and foster a continuous feedback culture. This is a highly autonomous position where you will define and launch initiatives from the ground up, with direct impact on employee experience and organizational development. You will collaborate across teams to ensure people programs align with business growth and evolving capability needs. The environment is dynamic, global, and deeply focused on quality, ownership, and meaningful impact.


Accountabilities:
  • Design and evolve people programs that strengthen feedback culture, performance management, learning, and leadership development across the organization.
  • Build scalable frameworks that define key capabilities needed for growth and ensure they are systematically developed across teams and levels.
  • Improve and simplify performance review processes to make them more effective, actionable, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and launch manager enablement initiatives that help leaders grow their coaching, feedback, and team development skills.
  • Identify gaps in learning and development, and design targeted solutions to address them through structured programs and pilots.
  • Partner closely with People leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of people initiatives.
  • Launch and iterate on high-impact pilots that improve onboarding, feedback loops, and employee development experiences.

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or People Programs with hands-on experience designing and scaling people initiatives.
  • Proven track record of building programs from the ground up, including clear ownership of design, execution, and iteration.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders in a collaborative, non-siloed environment.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured people solutions with measurable impact.
  • Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
  • Experience improving employee experience through thoughtful program design and continuous feedback systems.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with curiosity and a continuous improvement approach.
