The People Operations Experience Partner strengthens the full employee lifecycle by combining recruiting expertise, onboarding ownership, systems/tech capability, and early-stage HR business partner support. This role improves the experience for candidates, new hires, and employees while building scalable processes as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Operations

●     Use data to drive decisions, monitor stage movement, and identify delays so candidates move through the process quickly while maintaining quality.

●     Improve interview structure and manager readiness by developing scorecards, clear interview expectations, and consistent decision-making frameworks.

●     Build backend processes for hiring managers and executives, including intake steps, communication expectations, and offer workflows that create predictability and reduce bottlenecks.

●     Partner with Recruiter on employer branding efforts that increase visibility, drive inbound candidates, and support long-term talent pipelines

●     Partner with the Recruiter to align on workflows and communication standards, ensuring clarity, structure, and timely execution ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from application through offer.

New Hire Experience

●     Partner with HR Generalist to restructure onboarding steps from offer letter to day-one readiness.

●     Partner with managers and HR Generalists to build a consistent onboarding program for corporate and field roles, with clear safety expectations from day one.

●     Run early-tenure check-ins and feedback loops to strengthen retention.

HR Business Partner Support

●     Support managers with onboarding and early performance expectations, including basic performance documentation and communication needs.

●     Coordinate and collaborate on employee communications, engagement, and manager resources.

●     Provide data and insights to support workforce planning and People strategy.

●     Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and policy guidance.

●     Document issues and escalate sensitive employee concerns to HR leadership.

Systems and HR Technology

●     Co-manage Rippling workflows, HRIS data integrity, and ATS accuracy.

●     Build dashboards and reports tracking hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle metrics, in collaboration with the Systems Architect.

●     Partner with HR Generalist and Recruiter to identify automation opportunities streamline workflows and reduce manual work

Qualifications

Education & Experience

●     Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.

●     4-6 years of experience in recruiting, talent operations, or people operations; strong recruiting and onboarding foundation required.

●     Proven experience supporting full cycle recruiting and improving candidate experience.

●     Experience owning onboarding programs for corporate and/or field roles.
Exposure to employee relations and supporting managers with basic performance expectations.

Technical Skills

●     Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS systems; Rippling strongly preferred.

●     Ability to build reports, analyze data, and use insights for decision-making.

●     Comfortable partnering with technical roles (e.g., Systems Architect) to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

Employment Details

●     Job Type: Full Time

●     Location: Remote

●     Reporting to: Katia Olivera, Sr. Director, HR

●     Compensation range: $75,000 - $85,000 + 10% bonus

●     Target start date: 2-3 weeks from offer
