SUMMARY: We’re looking for a high-energy, proactive, and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this entry-level role, you’ll start by helping us post jobs, schedule interviews, and deliver a seamless candidate experience ensuring every applicant has a smooth and positive journey while learning Groundfloor’s culture, systems, and recruitment process.
Over time, you’ll grow into broader People Ops responsibilities such as onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and preparing employee documents. This role is the perfect launchpad for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, thrives on juggling multiple priorities with agility, and takes pride in making a great impression on both candidates and teammates.
