What You Will Be Doing
  • People Operations: Ability to organize a people operations function including HR processes and systems across a global organization.
  • HRIS Management & Data Excellence: Oversee and optimize HRIS and System platforms ensuring global access, data integrity, and compliance.
  • AI, LLM & Agent Workflow Development: Design and operationalize AI-powered agents for HR content workflows (e.g., job description drafts, onboarding summaries). Build dynamic HR content using LLM-generated text; ensure quality, personalization, and brand alignment. Identify HR tasks ripe for automation and implement AI/automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • System Integrations & Automation: Lead integrations with learning platforms, HR modules, and third-party systems. Drive seamless workflows between HRIS, LMS, and analytics platforms via APIs and connectors.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Dash-boarding: Build real-time dashboards and reports for leadership, focusing on adoption, usage, and system performance. Deliver actionable insights on employee metrics, trends, and skills development.
  • Security, Privacy & Governance: Maintain data security and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Manage access controls, audit trails, and system governance policies.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement: Collaborate across HR, IT, Learning, and Business teams to surface needs, translate to technical requirements, and deliver system solutions. Provide training, support, and documentation to users and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Continuous Innovation & AI Strategy: Stay attuned to AI/LLM trends in HR and inject innovation into system roadmaps. Test new HR technology tools and elevate readiness for AI transformation.


Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience managing HRIS and analytics in global settings including experience in a people operations function to drive business processes efficiently
  • Experience managing multiple systems such as an ATS, Performance Management, Recognition and LMS.  Ability to handle disparate system administration.
  • Proficiency with HR platforms such as Lever, HR Bamboo, Skilljar, Bonusly, and evaluating new systems.
  • Strong desire to organize and streamline inefficient processes and data compilation to drive an efficient and organization people operations function.
  • Experience of implementing and launching new systems including the training and adoption success of systems across an organization
  • Must be a hands-on individual who enjoys carrying multiple priorities and has the ability to work closely with the CHRO to drive change and efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience building AI/LLM content workflows or intelligent agent systems.
  • Strong analytics and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Knowledge of HR processes and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skill
