We are seeking an innovative and highly organized People and Recruiting Coordinator with a passion for all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, benefits program management, culture, and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all benefit programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing relationships with vendors and brokers. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.


Key Accountabilities
  • Own and schedule for multiple positions.       
  • Source effectively for industry leading candidates.
  • Partner with individual managers to ensure the delivery of all recruiting aspects.
  • Manage all stages of the hiring process for various roles as necessary
  • Develop and improve HR processes (including onboarding and orientation)
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and brokers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on company related matters.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on various learning content.
  • Oversee the Workday learning ecosystem.
  • Work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates.


Required Skills
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition or people generalist experience
  • Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Efficient time management to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and address challenges in the recruitment process.
  • Proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, tackle projects, and grow with the team.


Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree


$50,000 - $70,000 a year

The listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market. Final compensation will be based on your own individual skills, experience, and location.
