We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.</div>The primary location for this role is remote, and the expected schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00am - 07:00pm Central. What You'll DoWork as part of the multidisciplinary Acute Care team to ensure our Mobile Integrated Care team is properly dispatched and assist our clinicians in successfully caring for our patients.<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Serve as a scheduler for the Acute Care Team.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Dispatch our team of in-house Pediatric Home Care Specialists and partner Mobile Integrated Healthcare resources.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Ensure the Home Care Specialist safety by monitoring their location through Axle.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Set up Home Care Specialist and provider chats for in home visits.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Facilitate communication through the Teams platform between the healthcare clinicians.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Check eligibility through the appropriate health plan portal along with verifying insurance in Athena.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Collaborate with intake and triage clinician to answer inbound phone calls, text messages, and requests that arrive through our proprietary application, CareHub, NotifyMD, & OnPage, as needed.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Connect patients to the appropriate care team and assist care teams in administrative tasks for our patients.</li></ul>What You Bring & How You Qualify:First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve. You will need:<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare organization required, dispatch experience a plus.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 2 years communicating with patients and/or families telephonically required</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 2 years experience working in multiple clinical and/or dispatch systems required.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High School Diploma or GED equivalent required</li></ul>  What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)The role offers a base hourly range of  $21/hr - $24/hr in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
