Patient Data Operations Analyst

You will play a key part in managing patient data workflows, supporting integrations, and ensuring seamless delivery of information to stakeholders. Collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and development partners, you will help optimize processes, enable healthcare programs, and contribute to accurate forecasting and reporting. The role offers exposure to EHR systems, data management projects, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, client-focused environment where precision and problem-solving are highly valued.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with clients to extract, transform, and prepare patient data for operational use and database ingestion.
• Deliver finalized patient data to internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage all aspects of data processing, including tracking, quality assurance, reporting, and error resolution.
• Support operational planning and decision-making through accurate forecasting and data analysis.
• Coordinate EHR integration projects, including scoping, testing, and deployment of new integrations.
• Support monthly revenue cycle operations and manage data migration initiatives.
• Develop improved analytics and forecasting models to enhance patient data processes.
• Maintain standard documentation and processes to ensure transparency and streamline future implementations.
• Assist with provider roster management to minimize operational and revenue cycle disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data manipulation.
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with both clients and internal teams.
• Experience with healthcare data or EHR systems is highly desirable.
