<p><span style="color: #000000;">The Patient Coordinator plays a critical inside sales role in driving the success of Natera’s Oncology product lines. This position is responsible for managing and growing patient relationships while directly contributing to revenue through proactive outreach, pipeline development, and ongoing engagement.</span></p><p><span style="color: #000000;">As a primary point of contact for patients, the Patient Coordinator partners closely with Field Sales, Operations, and internal stakeholders to execute territory strategies, advance opportunities through the sales pipeline, and ensure timely testing and repeat utilization. This role blends customer advocacy with inside sales execution, requiring strong relationship-building skills, sales acumen, and the ability to connect daily activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h2><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></h2><ul><li style="color: #000000 !important;"><p><span style="color: #000000;">Serve as an inside sales partner to Field Sales by supporting territory strategies and advancing opportunities through the pipeline.<br><br></span></p></li><li style="color: #000000 !important;"><p><span style="color: #000000;">Proactively manage inbound and outbound patient outreach to influence testing adoption, scheduling, and continuity of care.<br><br></span></p></li><li style="color: #000000 !important;"><p><span style="color: #000000;">Build and maintain long-term, consultative relationships with patients to drive repeat testing and ongoing engagement.<br><br></span></p></li><li style="color: #000000 !important;"><p><span style="color: #000000;">Identify, nurture, and progress patient opportunities from initial contact through completion of testing, ensuring alignment with sales pipeline goals.<br><br></span></p></li><li style="color: #000000 !important;"><p><span style="color: #000000;">Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Billing and Customer Support to remove barriers and close gaps impacting conversion or timing.<br><br></span></p></li><li style="color: #000000 !important;"><p><span style="color: #000000;">Assess patient needs with a solutions-oriented mindset, addressing logistical, clinical coordination, and service challenges.<br><br></span></p></li><li style="color: #000000 !important;"><p><span style="color: #000000;">Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, PowerBI).<br><br></span></p></li><li style="color: #000000 !important;"><p><span style="color: #000000;">Analyze territory and pipeline data to prioritize outreach, identify trends, and optimize sales efforts.<br><br></span></p></li><li style="color: #000000 !important;"><p><span style="color: #000000;">Ensure timely completion of data requests and reporting related to sales performance and patient engagement.<br><br></span></p></li><li style="color: #000000 !important;"><p><span style="color: #000000;">Act as a patient advocate within Natera while maintaining a revenue-focused, sales-driven approach.<br><br></span></p></li><li style="color: #000000 !important;"><p><span style="color: #000000;">Perform other duties as assigned.<br><br></span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Compliance &amp;
