As our PAS Support Specialist, you will help our Physician Advisory Services team by conducting payer outreach to facilitate resolution of denied or unpaid claims. Every day you will coordinate and schedule peer to peer discussions. To thrive in this role, you must have prior work experience in denials. Attention to detail and proficiency in basic computer skills is essential for excelling in this remote position. 

Here’s what you will experience working as a PAS Support Specialist: 

  • Coordinate peer to peer discussions between R1 Physicians and Payers’ Physicians 

  • Navigate the PAS portal, R1 software suite, and combined use of other online software and resources 

  • Adhere to established workflows based on client and payer protocols 

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.88 - $25.51 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
