About XBOW

At XBOW, we’re redefining the future of cybersecurity by building the world's first autonomous pentester, powered by AI. Today, the gold standard for securing software systems is human pentesters, but with the rise of artificial intelligence, we’re stepping up to scale offensive security to meet the ever-growing demand.

AI is transforming the landscape of both cybersecurity and cyberattacks. While millions of people without security expertise are creating software, bad actors are using AI to launch more effective attacks. XBOW fights back with AI-driven superpowers, enabling security teams to stay one step ahead.

Backed by Sequoia Capital and Altimeter, and a team that includes the creators of GitHub Copilot and GitHub Advanced Security, XBOW is not just keeping up with the times—we’re shaping the future of cybersecurity. Our mission is simple: to defeat the bad actors before they strike, using AI to revolutionize how we approach offensive security.

We’re building something that must be built, and we’re the team to do it. Join us in shaping the next frontier of autonomous security.

Your Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to support and advance XBOW’s partner ecosystem across a variety of partnership models. This role is designed for a highly adaptable generalist who can move partner opportunities forward, operate comfortably amid change, and collaborate across every department in the company.

The role includes supporting product integrated partnerships, with a focus on driving post-launch adoption, usage, and measurable outcomes in close collaboration with Product and Engineering.

In the near term, this role will support a broad set of partnership initiatives while helping fill gaps as the partnerships organization scales. Over time, the role may evolve to focus more deeply on specific partnership areas. The role will also work closely with RevOps and assist with operational responsibilities related to partner programs and ongoing execution.

This role sits at the center of Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps. Success requires strong judgment, fast learning, and the ability to keep multiple initiatives moving forward at the same time.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and manage relationships across a diverse set of partners, adapting to different partnership models and needs.

  • Act as a connective layer between partners and internal teams, ensuring momentum across technical, commercial, and GTM workstreams.

  • Help advance multiple partner opportunities in parallel by coordinating next steps, aligning stakeholders, and removing blockers.

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to support integrations, technical enablement, and partner readiness, with a focus on post-launch adoption and usage outcomes.

  • Work with marketing, sales, and customer success to support launches, enablement, positioning, and joint GTM activities.

  • Assist with partner program management, including documentation, incentives, operational workflows, and execution support.

  • Partner with RevOps on partner-related operations, reporting, process development, and tooling.

  • Track partner progress, adoption and usage signals, and pipeline influence, maintaining clear internal visibility and accountability.

  • Help identify repeatable partnership patterns and work with internal teams to apply successful approaches across multiple partners over time.

  • Get up to speed quickly on new partners, programs, and internal priorities as needs evolve.

  • Contribute to shaping XBOW’s partnerships motion by identifying gaps, improving processes, and sharing insights from the field.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, partner operations, or GTM roles within a technology environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work across many internal teams and external stakeholders with differing priorities.

  • Comfort operating in environments with ambiguity, evolving ownership, and incomplete information.

  • Experience working alongside product and engineering teams on technically involved initiatives, even when you were not the direct owner of the product experience.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.

  • Clear communicator who can translate between technical, commercial, and operational contexts.

  • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and RevOps teams.

  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with pipeline, adoption, and partner performance data.

Bonus if you have

  • Experience supporting partner programs or ecosystem initiatives.

  • Experience supporting partnerships where success was measured by product usage, transactions, or ongoing adoption rather than one-time launches.

  • Familiarity with partner operations, incentives, or compliance.

  • Exposure to security, developer tools, or cloud platforms.

  • Experience balancing GTM execution with operational responsibilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but flexible.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation & Equity: Competitive salary, clear performance-based incentives, and equity package, making you an integral part of XBOW’s growth story.

  • Career Growth: Significant opportunities to progress within the sales organization and shape your career trajectory as we scale.

  • Meaningful Work: You’ll directly impact XBOW’s mission to revolutionize cybersecurity and protect organizations worldwide.
