This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner Success Manager (Contract) in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of partner onboarding, technical integration, and account expansion, supporting the successful deployment and scaling of embedded financial products across external partners. You will own the integration journey end-to-end, ensuring partners are effectively enabled from initial discovery through implementation and long-term performance monitoring. The position requires a strong blend of project management, technical coordination, and client-facing communication skills. You will collaborate closely with engineering, account management, and partner technical teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment across all stakeholders. This is a highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment where you will manage multiple integration pipelines simultaneously. Your work will directly contribute to improving partner experience, system reliability, and overall product adoption across channels.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end integration process for a portfolio of external partners, from discovery and onboarding through implementation and expansion.
  • Act as the integration subject matter expert, partnering closely with account managers to ensure alignment between technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct initial technical discovery sessions to assess integration compatibility and define implementation scope.
  • Prepare and facilitate kickoff meetings, documentation, and materials to support smooth partner onboarding.
  • Gather, document, and translate partner requirements for internal engineering and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and execution readiness.
  • Create and manage workflow tickets to track integration progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of partner needs.
  • Monitor ongoing integrations to ensure performance, stability, and continued alignment with partner expectations.
  • Serve as escalation point for integration-related issues impacting partner success and coordinate resolution across teams.
  • Maintain and manage Salesforce pipeline updates and project tracking tools to ensure visibility across stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and ad hoc integration projects such as documentation enhancements or platform improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in travel, travel technology, fintech, or related industries.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing implementation, integration, or technical onboarding role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage external partner relationships and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and manage ambiguity effectively.
  • High proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Atlassian products.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.

Benefits:

  • Competitive contract compensation aligned with experience and market standards
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing fintech environment with high-impact partner integrations
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and account management
  • Flexible work environment with remote collaboration
  • Opportunity to work on innovative embedded financial products used across major partner channels
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on growth, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Access to modern tools and systems supporting scalable integration and project management practices.
