font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain the relationship and manage contracts within a portfolio of Imagine Pediatrics health plan partnerships. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain strong and lasting partner relationships and operate as the on-going point of contact for client partners. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Track and manage contractual requirements to ensure deliverables and reporting are timely and accurate. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop content for all client-facing meetings and track and execute all meeting follow-up asks. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work with data to tell compelling performance stories to our client partners related to our key metrics or levers to manage total cost of care. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with the market teams to support Joint Operating Committee meetings. </li></ul>Internal Governance and Communication: <ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive resolution of client escalations; coordinate with internal resources to deliver for the team and client. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strategize with internal Imagine teams on new ways to improve performance, enhance care coordination, or solve pain points within the attributed population. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify opportunities to optimize our financial performance and socialize them with the internal teams. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Champion clients’ needs and represent their interests in critical issue resolution </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate across the organization to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met with quality and excellence </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with our data team to generate reporting that supports care coordination and performance management with each client. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A knack for building strong relationships and partnerships,  </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Functional experience with client-facing roles and responsibility for driving business results. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with a specific focus on the nuances and intricacies of value-based care and Medicaid health plans. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years' experience in a client-facing/client success role, preferably with health plan clients or care delivery organization. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A “commercial mindset” to help the company meet its high growth goals. Experience at an early to mid-stage start-up company is a plus. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Willingness to travel (20%) </li></ul> What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)    The role offers a base salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 in addition to competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
